By initiating the download, installation, process execution, or sustained utilization of the Service, you signify your unreserved, irrevocable, and comprehensive assent to the collection, aggregation, transfer, and processing of technical identifiers and telemetry in strict alignment with this Privacy Policy. Processing Architecture: Said URL is transmitted via algorithmic network requests to our backend extraction infrastructure (powered by FastAPI, Redis, and media normalization scripts).
Scope of Handling: The provided URL is parsed solely to resolve stream parameters (resolution, audio codecs, bitrate, container formats, and CDN paths). The URL is processed ephemerally, cached anonymously in volatile server memory for duplicate request minimization, and permanently expunged. No private account credentials, cookies, viewing histories, or session tokens tied to your native Instagram profile are ever accessed, harvested, or held by our backend.
On-Device Retention: Downloaded audiovisual binaries (.mp4, .m4a) are written to the local sandboxed storage volume of your client hardware and, upon your instruction, exported to the system-level public media directories (such as the device Gallery or Music directory) utilizing Android MediaStore APIs (and WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE on legacy operating systems up to API Level 28).
Non-Transmission Covenant: We maintain no remote synchronization, inspection, or backup pipelines for your downloaded media. Saved files reside strictly within your hardware device's local memory architecture and remain subject exclusively to your unilateral control and deletion.
The Application incorporates third-party software development kits, compiled binary libraries, and programmatic application programming interfaces (APIs) provided by external corporations. These third-party entities may ingest, inspect, log, and process unique identifiers and pseudonymous telemetry capable of directly or indirectly establishing your hardware identity or digital advertising persona.

Third-Party Ingestion: Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Application incorporates third-party SDK dependencies (notably Unity Ads and associated content delivery networks) alongside an integrated Android WebKit WebView (webview_flutter). These external components may deploy cookies, web beacons, local storage tokens, and mobile tracking identifiers to evaluate advertisement conversion rates, combat click-fraud, and remember temporary web states.
User Prerogative and Hardware Controls: You retain the inviolable statutory prerogative to reset, refuse, isolate, or permanently delete your mobile advertising identifier (GAID) at any juncture by accessing your hardware system settings: Android Settings → Privacy → Ads → Reset Advertising ID / Delete Advertising ID. We hereby inform all Users that these designated third-party vendors and cloud infrastructure hosting providers (including commercial compute providers such as Amazon Web Services Lightsail) have access to incoming network packets and transient payload requests. The operational scope of this access is restricted strictly to the mechanical execution of processing tasks delegated to them on our behalf. Said entities are bound by strict statutory or contractual non-disclosure covenants and are legally prohibited from retaining, commercializing, or repurposing your information for any disparate objective.

Consequently, the VidKwaii Development Group cannot and does not provide an absolute, unyielding guarantee of impenetrable security against state-sponsored actors, zero-day vulnerabilities, or malicious man-in-the-middle network attacks.
The Service may embed hyperlinks directing you to external third-party digital destinations, or present interactive web interfaces via an integrated web-view engine (webview_flutter). If you tap, click, or engage with an external link or third-party advertisement, you will be redirected to an external domain not owned, managed, or monitored by us.
Please be explicitly advised that these external digital ecosystems are administered autonomously under independent terms and privacy frameworks. We strongly exhort you to scrutinize the distinct privacy policies of every external web platform you enter. We exercise zero editorial governance over, and categorically disclaim all legal responsibility or civil liability for, the content, editorial ethics, security practices, cookie architectures, or data processing policies of any third-party website, advertiser, or remote service.
Zero Affiliation with Meta Platforms or Instagram: VIDKWAII IS AN ENTIRELY INDEPENDENT SOFTWARE UTILITY AND IS NOT AFFILIATED, SPONSORED, AUTHORIZED, ENDORSED, OR IN ANY MANNER OFFICIALLY CONNECTED WITH INSTAGRAM, META PLATFORMS, INC., OR ANY OF THEIR CORPORATE SUBSIDIARIES OR HOLDING ENTITIES.
Trademark Ownership: The name "Instagram", along with all associated icons, logos, wordmarks, trade dress, and service marks, are the registered trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Their contextual invocation within the Application or this document is solely nominative and descriptive, intended strictly to designate functional technological compatibility.
User Copyright Warranty: Users are strictly enjoined and contractually bound to verify that they possess all requisite copyrights, licenses, intellectual authorizations, or statutory exemptions (such as fair use) prior to requesting the retrieval, download, or local storage of any third-party digital media. We disclaim all responsibility for unauthorized media reproduction executed by end users.
The Service does not address, is not directed toward, and is not marketed to any natural person below the age of thirteen (13) years (or below sixteen [16] years within member jurisdictions of the European Union).
We do not knowingly solicit, harvest, retain, or process personally identifiable information from children under the aforementioned statutory age thresholds. In the event our administrative staff receives credible notice or discovers that a minor beneath the statutory age limit has furnished personal data through our network conduits, we shall execute immediate technological protocols to isolate and permanently delete such records from our operational repositories.
If you are a parent, legal custodian, or guardian and you acquire awareness that your minor dependent has provided us with personal records without verified parental consent, please communicate with us immediately at our designated intake email so that we may execute the required remedial expungements.
